Period of conservation
The Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.
The User's personal data will be processed by the Data Controller only for the period of time required to achieve the purposes of the processing, after which it will be kept only in order to comply with the relevant legal obligations, for administrative purposes and/or to assert or defend a right, in case of litigation and pre-litigation. Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Controller and the User will be retained until the execution of such contract is completed and for a period of 10 years (civil law terms) for the storage of receipts and invoices issued.

In order to exercise the User's rights, Users may address a request to the contact details of the Data Controller indicated in this document. Requests are processed by the Controller as soon as possible, in any case within one month.
The User's Personal Data may be used by the Data Controller in legal proceedings or in the preparatory phases of such proceedings in order to defend against misuse of this Website or related Services by the User.
The User declares to be aware that the Owner may be obliged to disclose the Data by order of public authorities.
