When the package will be shipped from our warehouses, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment in which you will find a link to click and follow the delivery that takes place between 9.00 and 18.00, Monday to Friday.
It is possible that the times change depending on the area.
In some critical periods for couriers, such as Christmas and other holidays, delays in delivery may occur.
We advise you to check the link to be updated in real time on any possible variation.

Check the delivery date at the moment of the conclusion of the order and follow the shipment on the tracking link that we send you at the moment of the shipment.
It is not possible to change the mode of delivery from standard to express. You will be able to select the "express delivery" mode only at the conclusion of the order and not later.
Where is my order
Once you have placed your order, it will be processed for a maximum of two working days.
When your package is ready it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email.

Do not worry if the tracking link is disabled or incorrect, it will be activated within three working days and you can see the delivery date.
Always check this link from which you can check delivery attempts already occurred and any problems of the courier in identifying your address.
Please note that couriers do not deliver by appointment and there is no telephone contact.
Payment on deliveryAt the conclusion of the order at the "Payment", select the "Payment on delivery".
Please have the exact amount to pay for your order ready at hand.
It is not possible to pay your order with a cash card but only in cash.
If at the time of delivery of the order, the customer decides not to pick up the package he ordered, the return shipment and charged to the customer.
When entering the data for the shipment, be careful to add the correct house number and the name on the intercom. Add also other details that may be helpful for the courier (staircase, interior, etc).
Proceed to order
1. After choosing the product, select the size by clicking on "choose a size" and then "add to cart".
2. Add other products in the same way or click "proceed to order".
3. Confirm your shipping address. Be careful to enter in the section
"additional information" the name that the courier will find on the bell.
4. Choose the payment method you want to use and if you have a promo code you can use it during checkout.
5. At this point you will be directed to the final page with the summary of your data and the expected date of delivery. If you have a discount code to use, enter it.
6. To conclude the order complete the purchase. At this point you will receive a confirmation email to the address you registered on our site. If you do not see it, try to check your Spam folder. You can also check all the details of your order by logging into your account.
It is not possible to add other items when you have already completed your order.
If you want, you can place another order.
After finishing the order it is not possible for us to change the shipping address.
